A. Jesus is Saktyavesha Avatara of God, which means certain part of the potency of God given to his pure devotee/son for a particular mission. His birth is not of Human nature, transcendental to the material birth, he had a spiritual body so his death or departure from Earth is also not ordinary. He is the son of God, he acquires the qualities of God. If you cant respect his son how can you respect the father? No, he came to spread the word of father the God. Trinity is Holy spirit, Father, Son.

A. We have been saying that Jesus is God since the Apostle Thomas said, "My Lord and my God!" (John 20:28) And John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." and John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." Almost all Christians are Trinitarian Christians who believe that Jesus is God the Son. The doctrine of the Holy Trinity states there is one true God who is made up of three separate but equal persons, the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. The Bible does not contain the word Trinity. However, the Holy Trinity is hinted at repeatedly in… [cont.]

Christians-Since the Bible so plainly teaches the oneness of God and the full deity of Jesus Christ, why is it?
Q. obscure to many people, especially to those in Christendom? Jesus stressed how important it is for us to understand who He really is the Jehovah of the Old Testament: "If ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins" (John 8:24). The word he is in italics in the King James Version, which indicates it is not in the Greek but was added by the translators. So Jesus called Himself the "I AM," the name Jehovah used in Exodus 3:14-15. Jesus was saying, "If you believe not that I AM, you shall die in your sins." It is not mandatory that a person have a thorough comprehension of all questions relating to the Godhead to be saved, but he must believe that there is one God and that Jesus is God. Therefore, if… [cont.]

A. Hi 2BLJ, Yes, it is a great pity that even in Christendom the Oneness of God is confusing to many. I see it as a 'distraction' problem. in Christendom we do have an Adversary (one of his names is Satan). Now, Satan knows scripture well, and prides himself in being able to translate himself into an angel of light, and he is very active in the world sending out his ministers, who present themselves very well as 'ministers of righteousness' (that they are NOT). The trick Satan and his ilk perform is to send out as many doctrines as they possibly can in order to confuse - and sadly it works! The only ones it doesn't work on are the workmen/women who are well studied in The Bible, and have rightly compared the scriptures one in contrast to… [cont.]

A. They are all the same Spirit, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one God, but each is a separate personage. Each can work together or independently. This is the basis behind the Trinity a Christian doctrine of the way we view God. There are some who believe that the Spirit is just an active force of God, likened to electricity. However, as you stated in Acts 5:3 can a person lie to an active force? I would say not but you could lie to a person. It's much like, if you pray and ask for understanding, and many people do this also and around the world at the same time. Who can receive the Holy Spirit? Christians: Why Does The Bible Describe All Things As Originating FROM God, But Coming through christ?
Q. "yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from [Greek: ex] whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through [Greek: di] whom all things came and through whom we live." (1 Corinthians 8:6, NIV, [brackets] mine) Many persons cite Jesus role in creation as evidence that he is God. They say that texts like Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:2 and John 1:3 shows that Jesus is the Creator. But all of these texts, when closely examined in the Greek, give the sense that Jesus was the MEANS or AGENT of Creation, the one THROUGH whom all things were created. None of these texts say "He created" thus crediting him with direct origination of all things. Why is this so? And why is 1Corinthians… [cont.]

A. Because the Bible does not in any way teach that Jesus Christ is God. 1 Cor. 8:6 clearly identifies God as the Father (and *only* the Father as do so many other Scriptures: John 17:1-3, Rom. 15:6, 2 Cor. 11:31, Eph. 4:6, etc. etc.) and distinguishes Jesus Christ apart from that role. Concerning this scripture, even the highly trinitarian The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology has to admit: "In 1 Cor. 8:6 the function of God the Father as the SOURCE of creation is distinguished from Christ's role as mediator of creation." - p. 1182, Vol. 3. The word "through" (dia in NT Greek) is important. Although more often translated "by" in the King James Version, dia means "through" in modern… [cont.]

Christians: The Bible says God is only One (gal 3:20). Why do you make him 3 in 1?
Q. Romans 3:30 since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith. --- 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, --- King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.) Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. --- Amplied Bible Now a go-between (intermediary) has to do with and implies more than one party [there can be no mediator with just one person]. Yet God is [only] one Person [and He was the sole party in giving that promise to Abraham. But the Law was a contract between two, God and Israel; its validity was dependent on both]. --- Weymouth New Testament But there cannot be a mediator where only one individual is concerned. [cont.]

A. Yes. The Scriptures clearly show that God is only *one* person and that person is identified as the Father: "There is actually to us one God the Father. (1 Cor. 8:5, 6) "Hear, O Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah." (Deut. 6:4) ASV It is interesting that even some trinitarian scholars apparently (inadvertently?) ADMIT that Gal. 3:20 shows God to be one PERSON (not three). For instance, even the extremely trinitarian The Amplified Bible, which often goes to incredible lengths in its attempt to produce trinitarian proof scriptures, renders Gal. 3:20 as: there can be no mediator with just one person. Yet God is [only] one PERSON.

Do they not trust or believe in Jesus and Bible words, which Jesus and Bible do they believe. Christianity is the divided religion on the basis of old & new testaments. It means that they are having two bibles contradict with one another. Under such circumstances christianity has no future and dead religion.

A. You're absolutely correct. Let me explain how and why this concept of Christ being 'God' originated among the Christian faith. It all started with the misconceived notion of the trinity. The concept of the 'Trinity' was arbitrarily established in 325 AD at the Council of Nicea by the first organized Church in an effort to explain the relationship among the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Their arguments went back and forth until they arbitrarily concluded that God was the incorporation of three entities all rolled into one. It's hard to believe that the 'Church' is still stuck on this primitive notion. Unfortunately, those at Nicea who came to this conclusion were off by 180 degrees. It should be explained this way: 'God' the Father is Yahweh; [cont.]

Christians... The Bible declares, If we confess Jesus Christ is Lord and believe He is the Son of God...?
Q. then, it declares in the Bible, "We Shall Be Saved". That's fantastic and great. :) But...we can ''not totally'' be Saved from our sinful lives until we also --> Ask Jesus to (forgive us) of all our sins and to Invite Jesus into our lives. -- Then, we are totally Saved. Right ?? Since that is True...why didn't Paul go on to say in the Bible, "If we confess Jesus Christ is Lord and believe He is the Son of God. --> And ask Jesus to forgive us of all our sins and to ask Him into our hearts, We Shall Be Saved" Another words, Paul left out the *Forgiveness of our Sins" and to Invite Jesus into our hearts.* Why is this? :-) Lord bless.
