What training exercises and stretches would help an inline skater?
Q. I am an aggressive inline skater (I do this type of thing: ) and I am wondering what types of training exercises and stretches would help build muscle, increase flexibility, improve balance, and give me more agility when skating. Also I am sure that it would prevent injuries. Thank you.

Exercises: Squats, lunges (hold dumbbells out in T formation, forcing your legs to balance side-to-side, as well as forward...also a killer shoulder workout), leg… [cont.]
